As the Vice-President Asia Pacific at WiredScore, Tommy is responsible for leading the Asia Pacific region and growing the company’s footprint across the continent. Over the past 2 years, Tommy has overseen the fast-pace growth of WiredScore in the region, launching across 4 new markets, building a regional team, and overseeing the rollout of the firm’s certifications across 80m sqft of space, over 180 buildings, and working with over 60 leading owners. Tommy is passionate about meaningfully improving our built environment for people and the planet, educating key industry stakeholders on the important role technology plays in achieving these goals.

Prior to joining WiredScore, Tommy was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group where she advised clients on their digital transformation strategy around the globe, from London to New York, and most recently Hong Kong. . She was also the Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO at the Daily Mail & General Trust PLC in the United Kingdom.

Tommy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cambridge.

Wendy has worked in the financial markets for over 15 years. She started her journey as a HK market stock trader, then soon moved into high touch sales trading, but eventually transitioned into electronic trading as she noticed more and more flow shifting towards electronic as trading algorithms became more sophisticated and clients relied more and more on algos to trade. ESG is something that Wendy has a keen interest in and wants to be more involved where possible. AS the co-chair of the HK women’s business alliance at Morgan Stanley, she helped to spearhead the first ESG themed conference for the network last year. When she’s not at work, Wendy likes to cook, spend time with her kids and spin.

David Gottfried is known as a father of the global green building movement, founding the U.S.
Green Building Council and World Green Building Councils, now in 80 countries – starting a
global sustainable building movement with hundreds of thousands of projects in 181 countries,
and hundreds of thousands of accredited professionals. Gottfried’s work focuses on
transformation at scale with urgency.
Gottfried serves as Chief Global Impact Officer for Blue Planet Systems. The firm makes
Synthetic Limestone [CaCO3] aggregate by a circular process including directly sequestering
and then mineralizing CO2 from industrial plants and Direct Air Capture. The potential is for
gigatonnes of CO2 permanently stored annually into carbon negative concrete. Gottfried is
helping Blue Planet accelerate commercialization of the company’s carbon negative concrete for
the built environment and coastal protection around the world.
Previously, Gottfried was CEO of Reset360, Regenerative Ventures and its RegenNetwork.
Gottfried started his career as a real estate developer and contractor, including Senior Vice
President of Thomas Properties Group and Managing Director of its Green Building Fund.
Gottfried hosts the Regen360 iTunes podcast with 80 episodes. His former residence was the
highest rated LEED Platinum home in the world. Gottfried has a degree in Engineering and
Resource Management from Stanford University, where he is a regular lecturer.
Gottfried has received numerous leadership awards, including the WorldGBC Global Green
Building Entrepreneurship Award, the Global Green Building Entrepreneurship Award, USGBC’s
Leadership Award, and the USGBC Northern California Chapter’s Super Hero Award. He was
inducted into the Green Industry Hall of Fame and named to the Purpose Economy 100.
His bestselling book Explosion Green was a 2014 Indie Book Awards Winner and has a cover
testimonial from President Clinton.

She was a Responsible Officer in regulated activities 4 and 9 licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
Agnes has a PhD from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with dissertation titled “Do carbon risks matter for Hong Kong equity prices?”, an MBA from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, a BSc (Honors) from Roosevelt University in USA and is a graduate of the Stanford University Senior Executive Leadership Program and the 2011 Stanford Directors’ College. She has authored a book on investing in H-shares, a Harvard Business case, a chapter in CFA Society Hong Kong’s 30th anniversary book “Rise from Crises”, and a positive psychology book ‘Tall Miracles’.

Mary McHale just celebrated her 15th year in Hong Kong and is currently the Director of Strategic Accounts for Asia-Pacific at Equinix where she is responsible for leading the development and execution of globally coordinated strategies to drive increased revenue growth and build stronger relationships across a core group of global customers.

Mary joined Equinix in 2017 as the APAC Director for Business Development in Digital Payments and Banking. In this role she was focused on the growth and expansion of the Financial Services Industry vertical at Equinix.

Mary is a strong advocate for advancing women in leadership and helped to develop and lead the launch of the Asia-Pacific chapter for Women Connect, an employee network designed to empower, engage and advance women at Equinix. Mary was recognized by the American Chamber of Commerce Women of Influence, Hong Kong as the 2022 Champion for Women

She is an active alumni and advocate for The Women’s Foundation and other women in leadership themed NGO’s across Hong Kong. Mary is currently a member of the Board of Governors for the American Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong.

Prior to her career with Equinix, Mary has more than 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector including leadership roles at Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America. Mary received an MBA with honors in Marketing Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University.

Sophia is responsible for leading Champion REIT’s internal and external communications, including public relations, sustainability and community engagement, with 20 years of experience in the field. Sophia has been instrumental in devising Champion REIT’s sustainability strategy, including the establishment of 2030 ESG targets in alignment of SDGs of United Nations. Over the years, she has developed strong passion in sustainability especially green and wellness initiatives. These efforts have led to several top honours of the Trust, including Hong Kong Sustainability Grand Award from The Hong Kong Management Association and the first-in-Hong Kong Triple Platinum certifications for existing building.
