Larissa is an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific Engineering at Goldman Sachs. Larissa joined Goldman Sachs in 2008 and has worked in the London, Bengaluru, Singapore and now Hong Kong offices. Larissa also currently co-chairs the Goldman Sachs Firmwide Women’s Network in Hong Kong and is a co-chair for the WIFA Networking Committee.

Justin is an Executive Search professional focused on financial services in Greater China. Justin has worked in the search industry since 1995, initially with a ‘City’ firm in London. He transferred to Asia in 1997 and was the Managing Partner of a premier executive search firm in Hong Kong for over 10 years. During his career, he has built up an extensive network across the region and has a proven track record of success in placing senior financial professionals with his clients.

Educated in the UK, his first career was as an officer in the British Army, graduating from the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst in 1990. During his five years with the military, he saw active service during the first Gulf War and in Northern Ireland, and served postings in Germany and Canada.

Lin joined the Listing Department in August 2013. She was a Senior Vice President covering Investment Banking Legal and General Counsel of Greater China with Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2007 – 2012 and prior to that she worked at Allen & Overy in Hong Kong and New York and Fulbright & Jaworski.
Since 2008, Lin has served as a Director of the Hong Kong Corporate Counsel Association (ACC Hong Kong) and was President from 2015 - 2019. ACC Hong Kong is the only organization in Hong Kong representing in-house counsel, run by in-house counsel.
Lin holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Pomona College, cum laude, and a J.D. from New York University.

Mini is Indian born, Australian raised and has lived in Hong Kong for 5 years. She has been with Baker McKenzie for 21 years, originally with their Melbourne office. Prior to that, she was with ANZ Bank and a boutique Melbourne finance law firm. Elected to Partner in 2000, she has held many management positions, including being the first internationally-based Global Chair of Baker McKenzie's Compliance & Investigations Group from 2014 to 2017. During her tenure, she was instrumental in creating a cohesive, collaborative global powerhouse of over 900 lawyers in 77 offices across 47 countries. Baker McKenzie was ranked #4 in the Top 30 global investigations firms by Global Investigations Review in 2016 and 2017.

Mini heads the Asia Pacific Compliance & Investigations Group and has been named one of the "Top 100 Women in Investigations". Her work focuses on internal or regulator-driven corporate anti-corruption and other senior executive malpractice investigations, and risk management and mitigation in China, India and other parts of Asia in a variety of industries. She is the Baker McKenzie representative on the World Economic Forum's Partnering Against Corruption Initiative (PACI), and a member of the B20 Anti Corruption taskforce (the corporate arm of the G20). She is also a member of the HK 30 Percent Club and Women in Law Hong Kong, and Vice President of the White Collar Women's Defense Association (HK Chapter). One of her many published articles is entitled "The Case for a Gender Diverse Board" which discusses how gender diversity promotes more ethical business practices.

Candice is an HR Senior Business Partner at Point72, leading the Firm’s Human Capital activities for the International business. She joined Point72 in 2011 from MF Global, where she was the HR Manager for the North Asia region. Previously, Candice worked at organizations including Oasis and Michael Page. She began her Human Resources career at Target Corporation in the United States. She received her BA in International Relations from UC Davis and her Master of International and Public Affairs from Hong Kong University.
