Dr. Winnie Tang JP is an Adjunct Professor in both the Faculty of Architecture and Faculty of Engineering, Department of Computer Science at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). She is one of the locally-bred IT entrepreneurs of Hong Kong. In the 1990s, Dr. Tang founded Esri China (Hong Kong) Limited to develop and promote Geographic Information System (GIS) software and solutions. She is also the Founder and Honorary President of Smart City Consortium. Over the years, she has been actively advocating the use of technology and sharing her views regarding the ICT industry, eHealth, environmental conservation, entrepreneurship and smart city through her services in government and non-government organizations in Hong Kong.

Jodi Schneider is a senior editor on the Bloomberg News TOP team, curating and managing the front page of Bloomberg News, and regularly appears on Bloomberg Television and Radio. She has held senior editing positions at Bloomberg, including running coverage of the Congress and tax policy from the Washington bureau in the U.S. Before coming to Hong Kong, she was an economics editor in Japan. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Jodi was an editor at The Washington Post, U.S. News and World Report magazine and Congressional Quarterly, among other publications. (She is a past president of the Society of American Business Editors and Writers.) Jodi is a co-lead of the Bloomberg News Women's Voices project and also helps lead the Bloomberg Women's Community in Hong Kong.

Vincent Chan is a Managing Director and Head of China/HK research for Credit Suisse. He is responsible for covering China and HK strategy.
Prior to joining Credit Suisse in May 2004, Vincent worked at UBS, covering China strategy and was Head of China A-Share research for the equity research department. He was also at HSBC Securities for one year.
Vincent has been ranked in various polls since 1999, and has consistently been a top-three-rated China analyst in the AsiaMoney survey since 2000. In 2006, Vincent was rated the Number One analyst. The Credit Suisse China Research Team has also consistently ranked among the top five in Institutional Investor surveys since 2005.
Vincent received a Master of Social Science (Economics) from the University of Hong Kong. He is based in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Gwen joined ENEA in 2018. She is heading the sustainable finance solutions from Hong Kong office.
Gwen has done most of her career in some major financial corporations (Amundi, AXA, Janus Capital).
She started as a legal advisor, then project manager, at Amundi in Paris and Luxembourg, where she conceptualized and managed customized solutions to drive new opportunities and lead businesses to a new international scale. Amundi gave her the opportunity to lead the product innovation and sales distribution of a new Socially Responsible Investments offer targeting the Middle Eastern and South East Asian sovereign entities, institutional clients, private banks and family offices.
Gwen graduated with a Master in Business Law and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Bretagne Occidentale in France. She has a certification in Islamic Finance from the Security Investment Institute of London.

Alistair Scarff is a Managing Director and Asia Pacific Country Risk
Executive responsible for assigning, monitoring and maintaining
Sovereign & Country Risk Ratings for all countries across APAC in which
the Bank “conducts business” and managing the governance processes
to set and monitor adherence to country notional and capital limits.
Alistair has received the Risk Management Association’s ‘Special Service
Award’ for four consecutive years (2015-18) in recognition of his
contribution to furthering best practices in Country Risk Management.
Alistair joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 1998 in Melbourne,
Australia, in Equity Research as an analyst where he covered the
Australian Financial Institutions sector. He moved to Hong Kong in 2000
to join the APAC Financial Institutions equity research team, which he
lead from 2004-13. During this period, Alistair also held a number of
leadership positions Co-Head of HK/China Research (2007-10); Chairman,
Asia Pacific Recommendation Review Committee (2010-13); and Global
Financials Research Coordinator (2012-13) and was a member of the Asia
Pacific Research Executive Management Committee. In addition to
individually being a highly rated equity analyst throughout his career, the
Bank of America Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific Financial Institutions Equity
Research team ranked First (2011-13) and Runner-Up (2008-10) in the
All-Asia Institutional Investor surveys under his lead. In 2014, Alistair
joined the Risk organisation as Asia Pacific Country Risk Executive.
Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Alistair was a senior
analyst & manager at State Street Australia.
Alistair holds a Master’s degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie
University, a Master’s degree in Finance from the Royal Melbourne
Institute of Technology in Australia, and a Bachelor's degree in
Economics from Monash University. Alistair is also a Fellow of CPA
(Australia) and is CFA candidate.
