Ms. Lau is the Executive Director of Risk and Compliance Department in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. Ms. Lau obtained her Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1988, a Master degree in Economics from
the University of Hong Kong in 1992 and another Master degree in Investment Management in 1998 from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Ms. Lau began her career in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority in 1994, working in various functional areas including monetary policy, economic and market research, market systems policy, banking development and securities enforcement. Currently, Ms. Lau is responsible for the oversight of investment risks and other risk-generating activities across the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. She oversees the monitoring and controlling of market, credit, liquidity and operational risks arising from the investment process of the foreign reserves of Hong Kong, and supports the work of
the Risk Committee.

Ms. Lentchner is currently a Government Affairs and Public Policy Advisor for global and regional organizations. She was most recently the Head of Government & Regulatory Policy for Citadel and Citadel Securities in the Asia Pacific. In this role, she oversaw the firm’s public policy and engagement with regulators, policymakers, academics and trade and business associations across the APAC region.

Prior to joining Citadel, Ms. Lentchner was the Head of Government Relations and Public Policy for APAC at BNY Mellon. Previously, she built and managed the Policy and Regulatory Affairs team at Asia Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association (ASIFMA), served as a New Directions Returnship Fellow at Goldman Sachs and held policy roles in the US Congress, industry associations and not-for-profit organizations.

Ms. Lentchner has served as a Board Governor for the American Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong, Board Member of ASIFMA, Advisory Board Member of American Association of the Indo-Pacific, Advisory Board Member of Women in Finance Asia, AIMA Regulatory Committee Member, a TWF Mentor and Public Policy Advisor for Hong Kong Marriage Equality.

Ms. Lentcher is a passionate advocate for sound governance, equality and inclusion.

Ms. Lentchner received her Master’s in Public Policy from the Graduate School of Political Management at The George Washington University and her bachelor’s from Sarah Lawrence College.

Ms. Shimada, Executive Director, is responsible for leading and implementing the firm's sustainable investment strategy, solutions and product innovation in APAC. In partnership with our distribution and investment teams, she leverages our extensive data and research capabilities, proprietary technology and ESG expertise to deliver sustainable solutions to our clients. Prior to moving to Asia in 2021, she was a Sustainable Investing Strategist for EMEA, based in London.

An employee since 2010, Ms. Shimada was previously an Investment Stewardship Specialist, engaging with European and Japanese companies we invest in and advising analysts and portfolio managers regarding the corporate governance and sustainability profiles of the companies. Prior to that, she worked as a Business Liaison Manager in J.P. Morgan Asset Management managing Japanese Institutional and Funds clients from London. She started her career as a Client Adviser at JPMorgan Asset Management Tokyo office, covering securities companies and major retail banks. Tomomi obtained a B.A. in Law from Keio University (Japan). Tomomi is a member of the International Corporate Governance Network.

Mr. Wu joined UBS Chief Investment Office (CIO) in 2019 and heads the team of strategists covering China onshore assets and running China asset allocation strategies for onshore private funds and advisory business. Before joining UBS, Mr. Wu was a fund manager at Lombard Odier in Singapore and Hong Kong, managing global asset allocation funds and discretionary portfolios. Prior to that, he was a quantitative analyst at ING Investment Management for its global equity quant funds and mandates. He also worked for HSBC, China Merchant Bank, and ICBC.

Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor in Computer Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master in Financial Engineering from City University of Hong Kong, and an MBA from University of Oxford.
