Late May 2021 WiFA and @WE Women in ETFs jointly organized a workshop titled “Can you Have it all?” by Career Coach Nerice Gietel. The main objective of the session was to get the mentees to think about what this topic means to them. Participants got an opportunity to really reflect on it and share different perspectives on the topic. Some of the main takeaways were realising the importance of having authentic conversations with oneself and clarifying one's own priorities. Also, realising that we are constantly evolving and changing and that what we need over time changes too. Overall, it was an engaging and insightful session. Benedicte N. Prioritizing Well-Being at WIFA's #MMP Event On April 15, the WIFA MMP event focused on an important topic - managing our mental health. Panelists from Mind HK 香港心聆 and Oliver Wyman shared profound insights into caring for ourselves during challenging times. Their openness created a supportive space for a meaningful discussion. Participants raised thoughtful questions. How do we choose therapists? Support friends and families? Foster workplace well-being? Real conversations around vital issues that added depth. Plus HK$10,000 was raised for Mind HK! Contributions that will ensure that many will not face their struggle alone. By focusing on well-being, we foster a caring culture. The WIFA community empowers resilience and strength while navigating careers and family life. Gratitude to speakers for expertise, organizers for coordination, participants for engagement. Commitment to growth, support and well-being makes this program truly impactful. Wishing continued success and well-being to all! #MentalHealthAwareness #CommunitySupport

Get inspired from one of our mentor: "The WIFA Mentorship Program provides the means to connect with aspiring industry joiners and to sharpen leadership skills. Interacting with my mentee helps to bring in new perspectives and refreshing ideas. Both mentor and mentee benefit from being able to expand the horizon of networking beyond one's own product area and one's own company. It feels great to give back and to get reverse inspired!
