    Women in Finance Asia (WiFA) was founded in 2009 as a Sub-Committee of ASIFMA. In the years since then it has broadened its scope and to facilitating a forum for women and men in the financial services industry throughout Asia to connect, foster mutual support and growth, develop personal and professional skills and reach out to the larger community.     Women in Finance Asia (WiFA) was founded in 2009 as a Sub-Committee of ASIFMA. In the years since then it has broadened its scope and to facilitating a forum for women and men in the financial services industry throughout Asia to connect, foster mutual support and growth, develop personal and professional skills and reach out to the larger community. The group currently has more than 3,600 members, both women and men. We focus on key points of our members careers from being a young professional to an executive.

    After a successful ride taking WiFA to new heights in 2019, co-chairs of WiFA Aoife McGillion & Kate Reid have handed the reigns to Benedicte N. Nolens & Bonnie So. Aoife will remain the Chair of the Board of WiFA.
