Sally has extensive management and business development experience in insurance companies covering the Asia Pacific Region. She has held a number of senior positions, including in major insurance companies in Hong Kong and Japan.

Prior to joining AXA Hong Kong and Macau in November 2018, Sally was with AIA Group for more than 11 years in various senior positions, including Regional Director in Financial Planning and Management and Regional Business Development Director. She spent about 7 years in Tokyo with Allianz Fire and Marina Japan Ltd as Chief Financial Officer and in other senior positions. She started her career in KPMG Hong Kong in 1996.

As the Founding Member of Shared Value Project (SVPHK), Sally is also an avid supporter of initiatives focused around resilience, mental health, and health in general.

Marie Swarbreck is the founder of FLEXImums, a recruitment and coaching consultancy, focused on empowering women and Hong Kong corporations to strive for gender equity and work-life balance.
Before devoting her time to FLEXImums, Marie started her career as an International Correspondent with the South China Morning Post, International Herald Tribune & The Asahi Shimbun meeting business leaders across Asia, Middle East, Europe and Canada. Driven by building relationships and connecting people, Marie went on building her network as the Communications & Business Development Manager with a leading international trade fair organiser across Asia.

After her daughter Arabelle was born in Hong Kong during 2014, she found herself in need of flexible yet challenging work and little to no options to choose from. This was the beginning of a new adventure, the birth of FLEXImums.

Zoë helped establish the City Mental Health Alliance in Hong Kong in 2017.

Zoë has spent over a decade carrying out research into various aspects of mental health including depression, personality disorders, Autism and ECT in forensic, community and in-patient settings. Zoe focuses on evaluation and has also spent several years carrying out research within international development settings including evaluating global models used in communication for development, and modern slavery.

She holds a PhD in Health Services Research from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King’s College London and has published in academic journals.

Zoë is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong, and an instructor in Mental Health First Aid in Hong Kong.

Susan coaches executives in large multinational companies operating in Asia, spanning a broad range of industries. She
works predominantly with top talent, senior leaders, including CIOs, Managing Directors, functional and business heads,
CFOs and CEOs across the region. Her coaching assignments focus on emphasizing the partnership between the
organization, the leader and the coach to achieve results that will be of the greatest mutual value to both the business and
the coachees.

Susan has coached senior executives on a broad range of issues over the years, but often helps transitioning leaders in
new stretch roles, leaders keen to develop their leadership skills, impact, presence, people management and personal
effectiveness, interpersonal savvy, as well as helping executives more effectively navigate their organizations by being
strategic in their relationship management. For the past 20 years, Susan has worked with business executives in a broad
range of industries to enhance their capabilities, first in Boston and for the last 17 years across Asia in Hong Kong, Japan,
China, Thailand and Singapore. For the last 25 years, she has worked in a clinical capacity helping people change the
nature and direction of their lives.

For 8 years she served as APAC Regional Director of Coaching Services for a global development firm for senior
executives, Personnel Decisions International (PDI). She has worked as an independent executive coach in the last 9 years
and has delivered many talks over the years on coaching, resilience and clinical topics. She has worked with most of the
top financial institutions in Asia, law firms and multinationals. In addition to her organizational work as a senior consultant
and coach to business leaders, she has in the past been a clinical director, a consultant to physicians and therapists (in the
US and Hong Kong) and a professor (in Germany).

Susan’s professional qualifications include a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from the University of Denver
(Colorado) and a Clinical internship at the Harvard Medical School / McLean Hospital (Massachusetts). She also has an MA
in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University (California), a BS in Psychology from Vanderbilt University (Tennessee),
and is a Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts, USA and registered in Hong Kong. Susan is based in Boston, and
divides her time between working in Boston, New York and Hong Kong.
