Shirley has 25 years of audit experience with professional knowledge in internal control and financial reporting for clients in Hong Kong and Mainland China. She has extensive experience in serving conglomerates companies and multinational companies in HK and in Mainland China and has been actively involved in various initial public offerings in Hong Kong. Shirley is currently a member of Deloitte China’s Governance Board, a member of Professional Conduct Committee in Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”) and the President of Association of Women Accountants (Hong Kong) Limited.

She is a member of HKICPA and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

At Morgan Stanley, Bonnie is the Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Technology and Services under the Technology Division in the region, in addition to her existing role as part of the Technology team responsible for implementing and building controls and solutions for the Firm’s Cybersecurity Program. She helps to develop team culture to nurture creative ideas and innovative solutions, ensure recognition, mentoring and focusing on ways to boost team morale and cohesion. Bonnie leads the Morgan Stanley Women in Tech Network for Hong Kong, and is an active champion to the Hong Kong Women’s Business Alliance.

Outside of work, Bonnie is the Board Member and co-Chair for Women in Finance Asia (WiFA). WiFA is a non-profit organization to provide women and men the tools, resources and network to shift the dial in their professional interaction. In 2021, the theme of the year is “Pivot To Succeed” with a continued focus on Innovation and Resilience. WiFA experienced a rapid transformation in 2020; from revamping traditional flagship events, going virtual to connect 5,000 members who worked from home, as well as initiating new workshops to equip ourselves to adopt to this new norm, WiFA is proud to stay strong to serve our community.

Being the first female President for the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) for Asia Pacific in 2017-2018 and contributing to the Association since 2009, Bonnie continues to partner with notable investigators and high-profile speakers to share unique insights within HTCIA membership through hosting regular knowledge sessions.

Scott Nagao, CFA, FRM, is the Chief Operating Officer for BlackRock’s Asia Pacific Active Investments business. He is responsible for non-investment operations, implementation of business strategies and development initiatives, and connectivity of regional teams with their respective global platforms.

Mr. Nagao's service with the firm dates back to 2001 when he started with the Institutional Portfolio Administration team. Prior to his current role, he was Global Head of Portfolio Services Attribution and APAC Head of Performance in the Aladdin Portfolio Services group.

Scott graduated summa cum laude from the Drexel University Pennoni Honors College in the United States with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a concentration in Finance.

Sarah is the Deloitte Global Chief Operating Officer, Tax & Legal and also the APICE Leader at Deloitte China. Sarah led the China Indirect Tax and Customs team from 2008 until 1st June 2020. Sarah also led the AP Indirect Tax and the AP Customs CoE from 2016 until 1st Jan 2020.
Sarah started her career as an inspector with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) in the U.K. before entering the consulting profession. Sarah spent 7 years in the UK primarily advising on Governmental issues and International VAT before relocating to Switzerland where she spent 8 years establishing an International VAT Centre of Excellence prior to building and heading up an International VAT team in Switzerland for another Big 4.
Sarah works with clients in planning and implementing complicated VAT and Customs structures both in China and globally. Sarah is experienced in resolving some of the most complicated Customs matters regarding TP Valuations, Classifications and Anti-smuggling. Her main interest also lies in implementing supply chain structures combining the optimal export VAT refund structure, utilizing Customs driven reliefs. Although Sarah has in-depth experience in a number of industries, such as luxury products, manufacturing industry and automotive industry, her specialism lies in the Life Science and Pharmaceutical sector. Sarah is the global indirect tax and Customs lead for some of Deloitte's most strategic clients. For the past few years, Sarah has worked as a domestic expert with the Chinese Government on the design and approach of the VAT Reform.
Sarah issued many articles or books in different publications including International Tax Review ("ITR"), "Taxation",
"CCH's China Tax Guide". She was quoted as Recognized Tax Adviser, “World Tax Guide” by ITR in 2009 and was named
as an Indirect Tax recognized leader from 2012 through to 2021. She was also continuously recognized as a global leading indirect tax and Customs advisor. Sarah is a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. She also works as a recurring lecturer for the University of Zurich, University of Shanghai and University of Wuhan.

Based in Hong Kong, Benno Jaeggi is active in Egon Zehnder's Financial Services practice with a particular focus on Capital Markets and Fintech, Benno leverages his extensive experience to provide leadership advisory for digital asset and cryptocurrency clients worldwide and Fintech clients in Asia.

Bonnie has had an extensive career in public service focused on designing, implementing, and managing programs for marginalized communities. During her tenure in the U.S. government, she focused on public health issues, both in international and domestic settings. She also has experience working for the Executive Office of the President on budgetary policy; for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission on compliance and regulatory oversight; and at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce representing U.S. banking industry clients. Since moving to Hong Kong, she pivoted her career towards the non-profit sector. She worked as an advisor to MindHK on mental health issues surrounding the protests in Hong Kong, and recently joined OneSky as a Project Director. In her spare time, she enjoys Zumba, hiking, and volunteering in community service events.
