Karen Ho is the Bloomberg APAC Head of Buy-side Research & ESG Market & Product Specialist, based in Hong Kong.
She drives Bloomberg's strategic partnerships with buy-side customers as a solutions architect, bringing market insights, data and solutions to improve their productivity and efficiency in their research and idea generation workflow. As a certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) accredited by EFFAS, she also leads the APAC ESG market and product strategies, helping customers to implement their Sustainable Investing strategy using Bloomberg data, news, research and technology.

Karen represents Bloomberg to participate multiple industry working groups. She currently represents Bloomberg to sit in the Centre for Green and Sustainable Finance Working Group, under the Green and Sustainable Finance Cross-Agency Steering Group in Hong Kong, and was part of the SFC's Climate Change Technical Expert Group in 2020.
Karen has over 15 years of experiences in the financial services industry. Prior to her current role, Karen was the Senior Relationship Manager for the Buy-side customers, leveraging Bloomberg solutions to solve complex business challenges.

Michelle Leung leads the Asia ESG research Team at Bloomberg specializing in climate related ESG strategies, data solutions and analysis for clients worldwide. Before joining the ESG team, she had over 15 years equity, industry and IPO research experience with Bloomberg and few other international and Chinese investment banks, covering various sectors including coal, materials and utilities in Asia. She has been an active speaker at global-scale coal and energy conferences. She was also the ranked analyst for institutional investor and Asiamoney, as well as one of the top three earnings estimators for Starmine. She is also a WiFA ESG committee member. She graduated from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

Yvonne Leung is an Executive Director and Head of Managed Solutions at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, she serves as an impactful partner who works closely with Advisors and Portfolio Management teams in delivering core multi-asset managed solutions to clients and prospects in the region.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, she spent six years at Goldman Sachs in Asia as an Executive Director in the Portfolio Management Group (PMG). Yvonne was a founding member of the Asia PMG team, which covers clients across different parts of Asia (ex. Japan). She interfaced directly with clients and advisors on investment philosophy, asset allocation, tactical views and portfolio customization. She was also responsible for overseeing trade execution and conducting portfolio reviews. Prior to that, she worked at HSBC Private Bank in a relationship management role.
Ms. Leung obtained her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia, and her Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management. She is currently a MSt student in Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge. She is also a CFA charterholder.
