Karen Man is the Global Chair of Baker McKenzie’s Financial Services Regulatory Group and leads the non-contentious practice. Her practice focuses on financial services regulations, M&As, and general corporate matters. Her clientele includes banks, fund managers, brokers/dealers, payments and Fintech firms. Karen regularly advises these financial institutions on a variety of regulatory, compliance and anti-money laundering matters, including establishment, structuring and operation of various financial services businesses, structuring of cross-border operations, development of new product /service offerings, licensing and regulatory inspections by the Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, as well as providing advice on financial services M&As and business integration.

Grace Fung is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Hong Kong Financial Services Practice Group. Grace has over 12 years of experience in the Financial Services Regulatory practice and is recognized in the market as a growing star. She focuses her practice on advising banks, sponsors, brokers, asset managers, trustees and multinational financial institutions on a wide variety of regulatory, compliance and corporate law matters. She has previously worked at the SFC and has extensive experience in dealing with regulators. Grace is also active in the fintech and payment space, having recently advised on the launch of a virtual banking business in Hong Kong.

Mr. Cheung joined Polymer Capital Management in April 2021 as Managing Director of ESG and is primarily responsible for designing and implementing sustainability policies and tools. Prior to joining the firm, he held various asset management roles in London, Singapore and Hong Kong, including Gartmore, Pictet and BNP Paribas.
Mr. Cheung has attained the Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA®) designation. With his deep ESG expertise, coupled with his experience serving in various industry positions and board directorships, Mr. Cheung works closely with financial services providers and asset owners to promote ESG ideas and initiatives in the Asia hedge fund space.
Mr. Cheung is a Visiting Fellow at University of Hamburg. He holds a BSc Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge.

Ms. Ng is a climate and sustainability partner at PwC Hong Kong. As a thought leader and senior expert in sustainability, she leads Responsible Investments, M&A and ESG practices in financial services in the Asia Pacific region.

As the main person in charge of climate and sustainable development in the Asset & Wealth Management Sector, Ms. Ng's and her team comprehensively cover various asset classes, across mainland, Hong Kong and international asset management institutions. She has provided a full range of Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) climate risk disclosure services for a number of Hong Kong and cross-border Type 9 licensed asset management companies, including climate governance structure design, full investment process integration and disclosure of climate risk, and climate risk disclosure.

In addition, she has spearheaded multiple ESG due diligence practices for international private equity firms, provided ESG policy consulting and framework design for large investment institutions.

Kristy Wong is Associate Director, ESG Investment Specialist, at Amundi based in Hong Kong. She has 13 years of experience in ESG across the financial and public sectors in Hong Kong. She drives the ESG finance and investment development by being an ESG working group member of eight different investor initiatives and industry associations.

Prior to joining Amundi, she was Vice President, ESG at Bank of America from 2018. Before this, Kristy has garnered experience in ESG advisory at Ernst & Young and the Hong Kong Productivity Council.

She is a Chartered Environmentalist at the Society for the Environment UK and a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager at the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management. She also holds various professional certificates including the Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA UK, and Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) from the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies.
