Harshika Patel is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan based in Hong Kong. She is responsible for running Strategy for J.P. Morgan in Asia Pacific partnering with the Corporate and Investment bank, Asset and Wealth Management and
Commercial Banking businesses to drive and implement the firm’s strategy across our 16 markets.

She also serves as the CEO for Hong Kong which is home to the firm’s Asia Pacific headquarter. Harshika sits on the Board of J.P. Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited and represents J.P. Morgan on the Board of ASIFMA.

Harshika joined J.P. Morgan in November 2013 as a Managing Director based in Singapore to run the Asia Commodities Sales and Structuring business and the Electronic Sales business, delivering electronic trading services to clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Harshika was at Barclays Capital for 10 years where she held a variety of roles based in London including Deputy Treasurer for Barclays Capital, and Global Chief Operating Officer for the Commodities business. Between 1994 and 2003, she was a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Practice at Deloitte London providing assurance and advisory services to global financial institutions.

Harshika is based in Hong Kong with her husband and two children.

Alva has more than 20 years of risk and internal control advisory experience. She is well versed in KPMG’s internal audit, ERM, ESG and board advisory methodologies and has considerable experience in carrying out pre-IPO internal control reviews, internal audit outsourcing/ co-sourcing services, internal audit function effectiveness review, corporate governance advisory services, board performance review, high level risk assessment/ ERM and compliance reviews.
She is well-versed in KPMG’s advisory methodologies and has considerable experience in assessing effectiveness and efficiency of various business processes, as well as providing practical recommendations to assist clients in establishing a robust governance framework and in improving business performance for clients.
Alva has board advisory responsibilities which includes advising organisations of all sizes on their board and governance structures, leading corporate governance reviews, conducting board effectiveness reviews and the development and oversight of KPMG’s Director Training Programme.
Alva has provided various training seminars/workshops on corporate governance, ESG and risk amangemnt to senior management and board of directors of a number of companies in Hong Kong and China. She therefore has insights familiar with the needs and expectations of key stakeholders of such organisations with respect to good governance.

Bonnie Leung, Director, is Head of Blackrock Sustainable Investing Strategists, Greater China & Korea. She is responsible for delivering BlackRock's sustainability offerings and solutions to our clients in the North Asian markets of mainland China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Taiwan.?Additionally, Ms Leung leads Business Strategy & Management for BlackRock Sustainable Investing in Asia Pacific, setting and executing the BSI strategy for the region.

Ms Leung joined BlackRock in 2012 and held a number of COO positions within the firm, most recently as COO, Asia. In that capacity, she was responsible for furthering the Asia franchise by driving strategic initiatives, enhancing the regional infrastructure, and working closely with segmental teams on cross-regional coverage of multinational clients. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2012, she worked at McKinsey & Co. from 2006 to 2012, first as a management consultant and then as a professional development manager. Ms Leung started her career as an architect. Ms. Leung received an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in 2006.

Christine Yu is Co-Founder of Sophia, an education platform focused on transformational financial education for women in Asia and beyond. Through Sophia, Christine is on a mission to bring greater diversity and innovation to the investment ecosystem. Christine’s global career spans two decades across impact finance, innovation, venture building and the international capital markets.

Prior to Christine’s venture building experience, the majority of Christine’s career was in the institutional debt capital markets at HSBC in both Hong Kong and New York. During her tenure at HSBC, she navigated through the rise of the Asian debt markets, including the first private sector green bond in Asia Pacific, which prompted her move into impact investing.

Passionate about investing, financial inclusion, financial literacy and the gender lens space, Christine co-founded a non-profit organization focused on closing the gender investing gap called Girls Just Wanna Have Fund$ (www.gjwhf.org).

A self-taught investor, Christine leads the Hong Kong chapter of AngelVest, a regional angel investing group. She holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Hannah heads the award-winning Financial Services Regulatory practice in Asia, advising clients on contentious and
non-contentious matters. Hannah helps financial institutions, listed companies and their senior individuals on high
stakes cases involving, for example, systems and controls breaches, anti-money laundering failures, product mis-
selling and insider dealing. She is praised by clients for her "very level-headed and practical advice".
Hannah has helped clients in connection with multiple cross-border matters covering Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam,
Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, Korea, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom and Jersey. She has particular
expertise in advising clients on the conduct of high profile board-led, independent investigations, particularly in relation
to culture and conduct. She also regularly advises clients on regulatory developments, including in relation to culture
and conduct, senior management accountability, ESG, virtual assets and operational resilience.
Hannah's team regularly leads discussions with regulators on behalf of the financial services industry in relation to
regulatory reform initiatives. This includes working closely with leading industry bodies, including ASIFMA and AIMA.
She also co-authored with ASIFMA the whitepaper: “Sustainable Finance in Asia Pacific: Regulatory State of Play”.
Hannah is a co-chair of the firm's Global Banks Sector Group, is a member of Women in Finance Asia and regularly
speaks on industry panels.

Olivia Wong recently joined MTR Corporation Limited as General Manager – Environmental &
Social Responsibility. She is responsible for formulating and implementing clear and effective
strategies in achieving MTR's social and environmental objectives and in championing the
corporation's ESG efforts and commitments.
Prior to joining MTR, Olivia spent 30+ years with the Swire group in different business units
including Cathay Pacific and Swire Properties. Her most recent role in John Swire & Sons (H.K.)
Group Head of Diversity & Inclusion, a role that was created in August 2018. She developed a coherent diversity and inclusion (“D&I”) strategy and aligned D&I initiatives across the Swire Group.
Ltd was the
Olivia was Director HR & Administration at Swire Properties Ltd. Before that she was General Manager – Leadership Development at John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Ltd and Managing Director at Ethos International Ltd, with responsibility for recruiting and fostering talent for the Swire Group. She joined Cathay Pacific as management trainee had almost 20 years of broad management experience in Cathay Pacific in Hong Kong, South East Asia and Europe.
Olivia graduated with a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the University of
California, Berkeley. She also has an MBA from the University of Michigan. Olivia is a dedicated volunteer with Habitat for Humanity for over 16 years. She currently serves as the chair on their
board in Hong Kong and as a director on their international board.

Yvonne Leung is an Executive Director and Head of Managed Solutions at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, she serves as an impactful partner who works closely with Advisors and Portfolio Management teams in delivering core multi-asset managed solutions to clients and prospects in the region.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, she spent six years at Goldman Sachs in Asia as an Executive Director in the Portfolio Management Group (PMG). Yvonne was a founding member of the Asia PMG team, which covers clients across different parts of Asia (ex. Japan). She interfaced directly with clients and advisors on investment philosophy, asset allocation, tactical views and portfolio customization. She was also responsible for overseeing trade execution and conducting portfolio reviews. Prior to that, she worked at HSBC Private Bank in a relationship management role.

Ms. Leung obtained her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia, and her Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management. She is currently a MSt student in Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge. She is also a CFA charterholder.
